Job summary

Remarkable Resourcing is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Developer Platforms in Sheffield. The role covers a major global financial services transformation with cross-functional teams across geographies, focusing on delivery excellence and platform improvements.

You will drive application migrations, cloud initiatives and API enablement, while guiding testing, releases and a smooth transition into BAU. Prior banking/FS exposure is a bonus.

• Strong stakeholder and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

Technical Project Manager - Developer Platforms

Location: Sheffield / Hybrid / Remote

Contract: 6 month initial contract with view to extend

We're looking for an experienced Technical SME / Technology Project Manager to join a major global financial services organisation, delivering a large-scale technology transformation programme impacting thousands of users worldwide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a CTO Developer Platforms team, driving application enhancements, cloud migrations and technology change across global engineering teams.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years' experience in technology delivery, project management or technical SME roles
• Strong experience with application migrations, cloud technologies and APIs
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery teams and third-party vendors
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira and Confluence
• Strong requirements gathering, technical analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing testing, releases, go-live and transition into BAU
• Bonus: Experience within Banking, Financial Services or large-scale global technology environments.
