My client, a thriving business, is seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to join their Customer Success team as a Technical Customer Service Executive.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, providing aftercare services to meet their needs through coaching, training, and guidance.
  • Answer customer queries and escalate as necessary.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and solutions.
  • Update the CRM system with customer feedback and information.
  • Liaise regularly with customers to ensure full software optimization.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop business plans with customers for the long term.
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • Professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage relationships and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Technically minded with an interest in IT; advantageous.
  • Must have a valid driving license and transport.

EU work permit required.
