Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking a Technical CRM Specialist to shape the future of digital revenue for a leading retail business. You will own CRM strategy, drive data-driven growth across email, push, paid media, social, web and app, and lead a major digital programme with a hybrid working pattern (one day in office weekly in the West Midlands).

Collaborating with in-house teams and agency partners, you will push for innovative AI-driven automation and ensure delivery aligns with ambitious targets,

• Strong experience in CRM, customer data and personalisation, with a focus on revenue.
• Agency background and cross-channel experience across email, paid media, social, web and app.
• Commercial mindset with a track record turning data into measurable results.
• Skilled with AI, automation and new marketing technology and applying it in practice.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and agency partners to drive action.
