Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role within housebuilding or construction.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning processes, and NHBC requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD software advantageous.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering quality homes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical information between design, planning, and construction teams.
• Manage external consultants (architects, engineers, surveyors) to ensure timely delivery of drawings and reports.
• Review designs for compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards.
• Support the Technical Manager in resolving design and construction challenges.
• Ensure health, safety, and sustainability requirements are integrated into project designs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project life cycle.
