Job summary

Strata Consulting in Essex is seeking an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join a design-led residential developer. You will coordinate design information and support delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Background in residential housing projects.
• Understanding of regulatory approvals and section agreements (e.g. S38, S104).
• Competent in reading technical drawings and coordinating design details.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or Revit experience is beneficial.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating design information and ensure smooth delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Work with Technical and Engineering Managers to align with project requirements at all stages.
• Ensure technical design information is accurate and commercially viable.
