Job summary

The Collective Network Limited in Lincolnshire is recruiting a Quality Coordinator to join our established food manufacturing operation. You’ll help keep the site BRC ready, ensure products are safe and compliant, and support the technical team with audits and documentation.

Key duties include audit readiness for BRCGS and third parties, QA/QC balance, HACCP team involvement, supplier records control, root cause analysis, and supporting new product introductions with the Technical/CI team.

Qualifications

• Internal auditing certification is required or preferred.
• HACCP Level 2 (or above) is required.
• Experience in QA/QC and food safety practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Getting the site audit-ready for BRCGS and other third-party visits
• Balancing QA with QC day to day
• Playing an active role in the HACCP team
• Supporting new product and process introductions alongside the Technical/CI team
• Leading GMP, glass and plastic audits on site
• Inspecting incoming materials, packaging and finished product
• Keeping supplier approval, document control and complaints records in good shape
• Digging into root cause when things go wrong such as complaints, deviations, non-conformances

We're recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join a long-standing, own brand food manufacturer in Lincolnshire. You'll be right in the thick of the technical department including part audit prep, part documentation stabiliser. You'll be helping keep the site BRC ready and the products safe, compliant and consistent.

What you'll be doing:
