Job summary

You will manage design programmes, prepare monthly client reports, and coordinate with in-house architects, civil and structural engineers, and landscape architects.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in construction, experience across residential projects, and a degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience within the construction industry.
• Experience through entire project cycle on residential projects.
• Good understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements.
• Punctual, reliable, and has practical skills.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal processes and procedures with trackers, reports and checklists.
• Manage the preparation of project terms and proposals.
• Manage the design programme and prepare monthly client reports.
• Coordinate information and liaise with in-house architects, civil and structural engineers and landscape architects.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key developments.
• Attend design meetings between subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.

Salary: Up to £50,000 + pkg DOE

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities

• Carry out internal processes and procedures with the use of trackers, reports and checklist
• Manager the preparation of project terms and Proposals

• Co-ordinate information and liaise with in house architects, civil and structural engineers and landscape architects.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
• Attend the design meetings between the subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders
