Job summary

Un promoteur résidentiel de premier plan recherche un Coordinateur Technique expérimenté pour superviser le processus de conception de projets. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la coordination technique au sein d'un promoteur, avec une connaissance approfondie des bâtiments résidentiels, y compris des projets de moyenne à grande hauteur.

Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en coordination technique.
• Expérience antérieure dans un promoteur résidentiel.
• Connaissance de la construction résidentielle, idéalement des projets de moyenne à grande hauteur.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le processus de conception au sein d'un projet de développement résidentiel.
• Agir comme contact principal pour les équipes de conception et de production.
• Coordonner les informations de conception fournies à la division de construction.

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has a solid work background and who has experience working for a Residential Developer and who is commercially aware. It is essential that you have knowledge of building processes covering, residential projects with ideally mid to high rise exposure

• To manage the design process within a residential development project
• Monitor and advise on alternative, beneficial design as and where appropriate
• Liaise and ensure design implementation at contractor level is running smoothly
• To act as the primary contact for the design teams and production teams
• To advise on cost effectiveness of alternative methods of construction
• To co-ordinate the design information supplied to our construction division
• To manage compliance checks against specification and client requirements
• To manage design output to agreed programmes
• To liaise with Local Authorities, Building Control and Planning Departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally at least 5 years of Technical Coordination experience
• Must have worked for a Residential Developer within recent years
• Must have residential build experience, ideally mid to high rise exposure and traditional build
• Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

• The base package is up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
