Job Title: Restaurant Manager / POS Systems Consultant / Technical Consultant

Location: Remote, flexible

Overview: Join a small consultancy in the Hospitality Sector, ideal for those with experience as a Restaurant Manager or industry experience in implementing or training on POS / Restaurant Management systems. Open to individuals seeking a career change or new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage technical administration for restaurant chains, including updating prices and offers on systems.
  2. Build and maintain client relationships, initially working alongside a manager and gradually taking more responsibility. Understand client operations, future plans, and pain points.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and gain insights.
  4. Confidently consult clients to propose and implement new, efficient methods and redesigns, leveraging data insights for initiatives like menu changes.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in the Restaurant / Hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Toast, Access, Restaurant365, Aloha, etc.
  • Tech-savvy, especially if transitioning from a Restaurant Manager role. Skills needed include setting up Wi-Fi printers, troubleshooting Office365, creating Excel spreadsheets, and resolving connectivity issues.
