• Manage planning conditions, S106 obligations, and technical design changes.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, amendments, and non-material variations.
• Lead design tenders, review submissions, and appoint consultants.
• Maintain design program and coordinate working drawing packages.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and environmental constraints.
• Approve supplier information, sales literature, and ensure standards compliance.
• Track fees, prepare cost reports, and secure necessary agreements.
• Support site processes, resolve queries, and assist the sales team.
• Attend meetings and site visits as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of the full development/technical process
• Experience as an Assistant or Technical Coordinator in development (preferred)
• Industry-related qualification and professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, ICE, or RIBA)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience managing external consultant teams
• Engineering experience (preferably in architectural consultancy or development)
• Background in housebuilding, construction, or fire remediation projects
• Degree in architecture, planning, civil engineering, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inclusion and diversity
• Proficient in IT skills
