Job summary

Sphere Solutions in Exeter seeks an experienced Technical Coordinator to lead the technical delivery of residential development projects. You will coordinate external consultants, design teams and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.

In this role, you will manage planning conditions, oversee detailed design and working drawings, obtain Building Regulations approvals and review technical information while supporting site teams with queries and coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator.
• Housebuilding or property development experience.
• Good understanding of the residential technical process.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and external consultants.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join an established residential development team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery of projects and work closely with consultants, design teams and site teams.

The Role

About You

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator

• Attained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBAAttained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA
