Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. in Bridgwater is seeking a Technical Coordinator to lead quality management efforts within our food manufacturing site.

You will work with production, operations and technical teams to uphold food safety standards, drive audits and lead continuous improvement across the site. The role provides ownership of QMS, close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a pathway to enhance quality performance while reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Technical, Quality or QA role
• Experience working within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and food safety standards
• Internal and external audit experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Produce and analyse quality performance reports and KPIs
• Work closely with production teams to drive quality improvements
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiencies
• Support continuous improvement projects across the site
• Build strong relationships with internal departments, customers and suppliers
• Promote quality awareness and best practice throughout the busines

A leading food manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join their established technical team at their Bridgwater site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality, Technical or QA professional looking to take ownership of quality management systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with production, operations and technical teams, you will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, ensuring compliance, coordinating audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
