Job summary

b3 jobs ltd is seeking a Technical Coordinator to perform on-site quality checks and maintain documentation. You will monitor CCPs, ensure HACCP procedures are followed, and support both audits and customer projects from early development through to delivery.

The role requires experience in food manufacturing or related sectors with strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality systems. East Sussex site; Mondays–Fridays, 8:30–17:30.

Qualifications

• Experience within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or a related sector with a strong HACCP, food safety and quality systems understanding.
• Knowledge of BRCGS standards is important, with prior audit experience a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead internal and external audits, including BRCGS, while raising and investigating non-conformances.
• Manage customer and supplier specifications and support product compliance, labelling, and continuous improvement activities.
• Handle customer technical enquiries confidently and professionally, providing timely and effective support.
• Coordinate development samples and customer projects, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer information and CRM records while supporting the wider team.
• Work collaboratively across the business to ensure strong technical, quality, and customer support.

About the Technical Coordinator job

The purpose of your role will be to carry out day-to-day quality checks and inspections on site, ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained. Complete and maintain accurate quality records and documentation, monitor CCPs, and ensure HACCP procedures are followed effectively.

The Technical Coordinator job (ref:9098) is paying £30,000 - £35,000 according to your experience.
