We’re on the lookout for a Technical Coordinator who’s switched-on, self-motivated and ready to take their career up a gear.

You’ll have an architectural background and already know your way around the housebuilding or residential development world. Maybe you’re in a similar role, or you're currently working in architectural practice and want to get closer to the action on site. Either way, you’ll be confident managing technical information and making sure everything’s lined up for smooth delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating technical drawings, site layouts, reports and approvals from planning to build.

• Working closely with consultants, engineers and site teams to keep everything on track. Flagging issues before they become delays – you’ll be the detail person everyone counts on.

• Keeping everything compliant with current regs and quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• An architectural background (qualified or not – experience and persona matters more than titles)

• Residential experience with a housebuilder or developer

• Based within 30 minutes of Solihull and happy to travel across the region as needed

• Someone organised, proactive and up for taking responsibility. No plodders.
