Job summary

Insite Energy is seeking a Technical Consulting Manager to lead a team of survey specialists and oversee end-to-end compliance survey projects in the UK. You will ensure on-time delivery, quality and strong client relationships, while guiding strategic recommendations for compliance improvement initiatives.

The role is based in London with hybrid working options and focuses on delivering high-quality outputs and supporting business growth through stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical consulting teams and client-facing projects.
• Overseeing compliance surveys, audits, inspections, or technical assessment programmes.
• Excellent report writing, pricing review, quality assurance, and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of Technical Consultancy Engineers and specialists.
• Oversee delivery of compliance survey programmes with quality and regulatory focus.
• Manage multiple client projects from planning through completion within scope.
• Provide technical oversight and QA of survey outputs, reports and recommendations.
• Act as the primary client contact, presenting findings and advising on risks.
• Monitor resources, workloads and project performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and grow client partnerships.
