Job summary

North Star Consulting is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our growing MSP/consulting team. You will deliver infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects, provide trusted technical advice and act as escalation point for complex issues.

You’ll work with customers and service desk, mentor colleagues, contribute to presales, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. UK-based, in-office days, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Experience in MSP project delivery lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects.
• Provide technical consultancy and advice to customers.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Support solution design and implementation.
• Produce technical documentation and handover materials.
• Assist with technical presales activities when required.
• Mentor and support engineering colleagues.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully and transitioned into support.
