Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our growing Consulting/MSP team. The role suits a strong 3rd Line Engineer moving into a consultative position, or an experienced IT Consultant seeking a hands-on technical challenge in a dynamic environment.

You will deliver customer projects, provide trusted technical advice, and act as a senior escalation point. You will work closely with service desk engineers, share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and help ensure

This role would suit either a strong 3rd Line Engineer looking to move into a more consultative position, or an experienced IT Consultant seeking a fresh challenge in a hands-on technical environment.

You'll deliver customer projects, provide trusted technical advice, support solution implementations and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues. You'll also work closely with service desk engineers, sharing knowledge and helping resolve challenging problems when required.
