Our client is a leading Sub-Contractor in London offering the complete design, supply, and installation of passive fire protection systems including ceilings, partitions, and dry lining, as well as external works. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Design team with a strong Technical Co-ordinator.
Currently boasting a portfolio of commercial and residential projects up to £4 million in value, they seek an experienced individual who would like to grow into a key member of the design team. This Technical position requires strong technical skills and good communication within the team.

The ideal Technical Co-ordinator will have approximately 5 years of experience working on interior or exterior projects with a relevant subcontractor. Ideally, you will have an HND or City and Guilds qualification in a relevant construction or engineering-related discipline.
Preferably, you will also be computer literate with programming experience, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of working independently, using your initiative and experience to fulfill the company's commitments.
The successful Technical Co-Ordinator will maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and contractors. You should be able to handle demanding, complex projects and quickly absorb new knowledge.
The salary will depend on the level of industry exposure and can exceed the stated amount. The group is recognized within the industry sector in which they operate.
