Our client is a leading and well-respected producer of a wide range of high quality products within the construction sector, supplying to a wide customer base.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join their winning team.

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating technical information between architects, clients, and our production team, ensuring all products meet contractual, regulatory, and certification standards before manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

Assess technical requirements with reference to:

Contract drawings

components and standards

BM Trada procedures, SBD standards, DOCO reports, and British Standards

Prepare spreadsheets detailing all products for manufacture

Take offs and sign-off on manufacturing data

Liaise with architects and clients to verify proposed manufacture details

Input agreed details for manufacturing

Assist with creating CNC programs for Accord using Maestro Lab

Support all certification activities:

Update Q-Mark procedures

Preferred Experience

Ability to read and interpret contract drawings

Experience using Aconex

Understanding of NBS/Specification documents

Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet creation

Familiarity with current Building Standards

Understanding of fire door/security door compliance

Experience with Calwin (preferred)

Experience with Maestro Lab software (preferred)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
