Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 certificate or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Engineering (Essential).
• Previous experience working within a dealership or customer focused garage environment (Essential).
• Evidence of working in a customer focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deal with teleclaims and provide superior customer service.
• Authorise claims and negotiate payments based on expertise.
• Ensure claims processed within policy and communicate status to claimants.
