The role encompasses servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance of vehicles, and suitable candidates will possess NVQ qualifications in light vehicle maintenance. • Full UK Driving Licence required.

• Conduct MOT Tests if qualified.

Vehicle Technician – Leeds –
Basic Salary - £34,000 -
OTE - £40,000 (uncapped)

Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Leeds have the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all levels to join their established workshop team.

If you are a Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician or a MOT Tester our client would be very interested in speaking with you. Client is happy to look at Mechanics from Independent or fast fit background. Also happy to look at level 2 applications.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician your responsibilities will include:

Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
Warranty Repairs
Carry out MOT Tests (if qualified)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Manufacturer Accreditations (Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician and Master Technician)
Hybrid/EV Qualification
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)

42 00 Hour Working Week
