Qualifications

• Hold a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 certificate or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Engineering (Essential).
• Previous experience working within a dealership or customer focused garage environment (Essential).
• Evidence of working in a customer focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone claims proactively and efficiently within authority limits and policy.
• Process claims payments within limits of authority and policy.
• Use technical expertise to make claims decisions.
• Deliver a consistently superior customer experience and ensure customer understands decisions.
• Conform to all company policies on information security and usage.
