We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Claims Specialist.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in handling complex, high-profile, and large Commercial Property and International claims (with London Market experience) to join our Property Major and Complex Claims team as a Senior Claims Handler.

You will manage a large portfolio of high-value, complex Commercial Property claims, including site visits where appropriate. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellent claim outcomes. Additionally, you will support the integration of our claims philosophy, standards, and best practices, focusing on delivering financial results.
You will also contribute to team development through quality audits, coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs.
