Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Salesperson to drive new business and manage existing accounts in the UK and Europe.

The role focuses on brass and aluminium casting solutions, with a consultative approach to tailoring manufacturing services and pricing. The position is full-time, field-based across the UK and Europe, with a competitive salary and commission structure, company car, and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous technical sales experience within the castings industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
• Experience selling foundry, machining or precision engineering services.
• Existing customer network within manufacturing, engineering or OEM markets.
• Engineering or technical qualification.
• Experience working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UK and European markets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and provide technical solutions for cast components and manufacturing services.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
• Liaise closely with design, estimating and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events where required.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records.
