Nigel Frank is seeking aTechnical Business Analyst to help lead a major digital transformation in a hybrid role across the South of England. The role focuses on bridging business operations and technology, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable improvements within complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.

You'll partner with stakeholders, document needs, and drive delivery across systems integration, cloud adoption and platform modernisation, while ensuring high quality

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations or similarly complex environments
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, databases and SDLC
• Proven experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and process documentation
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and objectives
• Gather, document and analyse both business and technical requirements
• Produce clear documentation including business requirements, functional specs, user stories and process maps
• Create and maintain as-is and to-be process models
• Work with development teams, architects and third-party vendors to ensure delivery
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Support system implementations, enhancements and migrations
• Contribute to project planning, prioritisation and delivery roadmaps
• Assist with testing activities including test planning, UAT coordination and validation
• Maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer across the organisation
