Job summary
Nigel Franks International is seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst for a remote (UK) role. You will lead requirements gathering and workshops to shape a major CRM transformation, ensuring scalable solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners from discovery through delivery, helping to document requirements, map processes and define functional specs while supporting data
Qualifications
- Experience delivering CRM transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven business analysis, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience.
- Understanding of CRM integration's, data migration and Agile delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
- Perform fit-gap analysis and identify process improvements
- Support CRM solution design, data migration and integration's
- Work with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage stakeholder communications and project documentation
