Job summary

Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business strategy, technology teams and external suppliers. You will work with stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party partners to define, validate and maintain business, technical and data requirements.

In this role you will gather and document requirements, create process and data models, maintain traceability, and ensure outcomes are measurable and verifiable post-delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Defining non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience, recoverability).
• Experience in technical and data analysis covering integrations, data quality, migration and controls.
• Knowledge of AI adoption is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, document and validate functional, non-functional, technical and data requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business objectives and requirements through solution design, testing and delivered outcomes.
• Create clear process models, data models, current-state and future-state documentation and reusable analysis artefacts.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, testers, operational colleagues and third-party suppliers.
• Review requirements, supplier artefacts and solution designs, challenging constructively and escalating material gaps, risks and dependencies.
• Define measurable outcomes, acceptance criteria and success measures and support post-delivery validation and lessons learned.
