Job summary

Keystone Property Finance Limited is seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join its IT team. This role focuses on transforming requirements into practical system solutions, collaborating with both operational and technical colleagues to deliver value.

You will facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, produce user stories and technical design documents, and support testing and change control.

Qualifications

• Experience creating process analyses and eliciting requirements.
• Facilitation of workshops and documentation of user stories and technical specs.
• Strong stakeholder management with Waterfall, Agile or Kanban experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical artefacts.
• Proactive and detail oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and transform into technical design documents.
• Review user stories from operations and translate into development artefacts.
• Explain system options clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Identify best processes and delivery methods and measure outcomes.
• Create Project Roadmaps, Plans, Technical Design Documents, Specifications, Test scripts.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met and assist with testing.
• Support change control processes and maintain project administration.
• Identify process improvements and develop recommendations.
