Job summary

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business and technology needs into clear, traceable requirements. You will work within a Technology team in a financial services context, collaborating with stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, testers and suppliers to define, analyse and validate requirements.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst within technology change or project delivery.
Strong requirements analysis skills with non-functional requirements, integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation and controls.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate discussions and challenge requirements.
Experience in banking/financial services or customer systems is advantageous; SQL/data analysis skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, document and maintain functional and non-functional requirements and traceability.
Develop process and data models and review solution designs and supplier artefacts.
Establish measurable acceptance criteria and success measures for changes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects and testers.
