The Chrysalis Programme is a multi-year programme transforming Leigh Day's technology, processes and ways or working. We are currently 18 months into transforming Leigh Day's core business systems through the implementation of Elite 3E, Clio Operate and SharePoint, alongside significant process redesign, integration, data migration, testing and departmental onboarding activity. The programme is currently delivering multiple parallel workstreams, including Elite go-live preparations, Clio Operate departmental rollouts and SharePoint implementation.
As the volume of analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing support, integration design and onboarding activity continues to increase, and so additional Technical Business Analysis capability is required to reduce bottlenecks, accelerate delivery and mitigate programme risk.
The Technical Business Analyst will work across business and technical teams to define requirements, design processes, support system configuration, coordinate testing and help departments transition successfully to new ways of working.
