Job summary

Brabners is seeking a Business Analyst / Case Management Developer to shape our legal tech landscape. You’ll work across business analysis, process improvement, solution design, configuration, testing and user adoption.

You’ll translate business requirements into scalable case management solutions, facilitate workshops, configure workflows, and manage change from idea to implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience working with case management platforms within a legal environment.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Case Management Developer or similar legal technology professional.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews and process analysis.
• Experience configuring or supporting case management, workflow or low-code platforms. Clio Operate experience would be advantageous.
• Strong process mapping and workflow design skills.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the business.
• The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working.

THE ROLE & TEAM

We're looking for a Business Analyst / Case Management Developer to join our growing technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of our legal technology landscape. This is a varied position where you'll wear multiple hats, working across business analysis, process improvement, solution design, system configuration, testing and user adoption.

Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues, you'll translate business requirements into practical, scalable case management solutions that drive efficiency, support growth and enhance the way our people work. From facilitating workshops and challenging existing processes to configuring workflows and delivering system improvements, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of change from idea through to implementation and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

We're open to candidates who come from either a Business Analyst or Case Management Developer background, but you'll already have experience within the legal sector and be comfortable working across both business and technical environments.

• 3-5 years' experience working with case management platforms within a legal environment.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Case Management Developer or similar legal technology professional.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews and process analysis.
• Experience configuring or supporting case management, workflow or low-code platforms. Previous Clio Operate experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong process mapping and workflow design skills.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the business.
• The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working.
• A solution-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
