TTP plc is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant for the Advanced Surgical market. You will grow the business by building strong client relationships, uncovering opportunities and applying technical insight to understand client challenges and connect them with TTP capabilities.

The role values curiosity, initiative and progression toward greater commercial ownership, with opportunities to engage externally and contribute to client projects.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Ability to understand technical and clinical aspects to shape commercial value.
• Proven or potential ability to build trusted client relationships and articulate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of existing and prospective clients.
• Develop opportunities by listening to priorities and identifying where TTP can add value.
• Collaborate with colleagues to shape propositions, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Increase visibility and reputation within the Advanced Surgical market through events and networks.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and balance technical delivery with ROI.
• Identify new opportunities and energise the team to explore new areas.
