Job summary

Falcon Group in Shipdham, Norfolk, is seeking a full-time Technical Assistant to join the Technical Department and support crane hire and sales operations. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical, engineering, construction or similarly detailed role.
• Experience using Autodesk 2D/3D CAD.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings, foundation loadings, crane configurations and build sheets.
• Maintain technical databases and document control systems.
• Respond to technical queries and liaise with crane manufacturers.
• Complete technical checks on colleagues' work.
