Job summary

Derby Homes is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team to provide enhanced technical assistance. This includes testing lighting and alarms, recording results accurately, undertaking crime prevention surveys, installing security devices, and maintaining precise installation records.

You will also assist on other projects, ensuring works conform to current regulations and specifications.

Derby Homesare looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team, to provide an enhanced level of technical assistance. To include testing lighting and alarms, and recording this information accurately, whilst also undertaking crime prevention surveys, and the installation of security devices, and maintaining accurate records of these installations. Assisting on other projects, ensuring works conform to current regulations and specifications.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that the tenants, colleagues and contractors may have.

We envisage development of the candidate within the team. The successful candidate would be encouraged to take further qualifications to develop within the role and within the organisation.
