Job summary

GOLDBECK SOLAR Gruppe in the United Kingdom seeks a Technical Asset Manager Photovoltaics & BESS to monitor and manage PV and battery energy storage assets across projects. Qualifications

• Degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field.
• Experience in photovoltaics, energy technology or plant engineering is an asset; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and data technology is desirable.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), monitoring and fault analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, teamwork and a structured, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractual partners regarding technical and commercial matters.
• Plan, commission, and coordinate service technicians and external service providers.
• Oversee reporting activities and ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Support project management activities for retrofitting, maintenance, repair, and repowering projects.
• Configure, commission, and maintain monitoring systems for PV and BESS assets.

You will coordinate service activities, support operational excellence, and ensure the long-term performance and availability of our projects.

Tasks:

1. Monitor, analyze, and manage assigned photovoltaic and battery energy storage (BESS) projects

Profile:

2. Initial professional experience in photovoltaics, energy technology, or plant engineering is an advantage. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
3. Knowledge of renewable energy systems and data technology is desirable
4. Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), monitoring, and fault analysis is a plus
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
