The role also includes utilities and financial administration, property inspections, plan preparation and liaison with colleagues, customers, members of the public and other professionals.

What you will be doing
  • Operating the Council's property management software and maintaining accurate records of land and property holdings.
  • Assisting with estates management activity, including the letting of land and premises.
  • Supporting utilities contract administration, including invoices, meter readings and changes of tenancy.
