AWD online is seeking an Estates Officer to broaden experience across estate management, asset handling and disposals within a professional property setting. You will work with surveyors, disposals and asset teams to support acquisitions, lettings, valuations and property disposals.
You will also manage asset information, analyse data and liaise with tenants, contractors, solicitors and other stakeholders, while benefiting from hybrid working and development opportunities.

SALARY: £29,719 - £31,691 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid / Matlock, Derbyshire, East Midlands

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week. Hybrid working arrangements are available subject to service requirements and can be discussed further at interview.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estates Officer to develop their experience across estate management, property assets and disposals within a professional property environment.
Working alongside surveyors, disposals and asset management colleagues, the Estates Officer will support acquisitions, lettings, lease events, valuations, inspections and the disposal of surplus land and buildings.
The Estates Officer will also manage property casework, maintain accurate asset information, analyse financial and performance data and liaise with tenants, contractors, agents, solicitors and other stakeholders.
