North Norfolk District Council is seeking an Estates Technical Support Officer to join the Property Services team. You will provide technical and administrative support across property-related functions, respond to enquiries, manage lease information, and maintain records using Concerto and GIS systems.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Estates Technical Support Officer to join our Property Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in estates and asset management while supporting the effective management of a diverse Council property portfolio.
As a key member of the team, you will provide technical and administrative support across a wide range of property-related functions. From responding to customer enquiries and managing lease information to maintaining property records and supporting commercial opportunities, no two days will be the same.
Knowledge of land and property matters, property law, mapping systems or interpreting plans would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience across a varied property portfolio while working with a small professional team. You'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, improving processes and helping to maximise the value of the Council's assets.
