A global tech company is seeking a Customer Trust Technical Advisor to bridge the gap between technical teams and sales. This remote role is ideal for candidates with a systems administration or IT support background, focusing on simplifying complex topics and enhancing internal trust.

We're working with a global tech company looking to hire a Customer Trust Technical Advisor - an internal-facing technical liaison who can bridge the gap between product/engineering teams and sales.
This role is ideal for someone with a systems administration or IT support background, who has solid technical knowledge and enjoys making complex topics easy to understand. You'll help translate technical and security responses into clear, accurate answers that support the sales cycle - reducing errors, saving time and building internal trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and interpret responses from product and technical teams
* Translate complex technical/security concepts (e.g. TLS, SMTP, DNS, SSO, encryption) into clear, consistent answers for sales use
* Act as a conduit between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (primarily sales)
* Manage internal tools/systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, knowledge bases) to ensure responses are traceable and reusable
* Help improve documentation processes and reduce duplication or confusion in technical responses
* Identify gaps in responses and work with SMEs to clarify and resolve them
What We're Looking For
* Commercial experience in a sysadmin, IT support, or similar technical role
* Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, email systems, and security basics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you're comfortable simplifying technical jargon for non-technical audiences
* Highly organised and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple threads of work with accuracy
* Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow into security/compliance-focused work
Beneficial skills
* Exposure to compliance standards like SOC 2 or ISO 27001
* Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or knowledge management platforms
* Familiarity with SaaS environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
