Job summary

Global Construction Review is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to provide technical support across UK product areas such as fixtures, fixings, roofing and cladding. You will handle technical queries, support customer services and specification teams, and contribute to training and product testing.

The role requires commuting to an office in Leeds five days a week, a solid technical background, and the ability to communicate solutions to a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with fasteners, fixings, roofing or cladding in construction.
• Ability to commute to Leeds office five days a week.
• Strong interpretation of technical information and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across UK product areas including fixtures, fixings, roofing, and cladding.
• Handle technical queries by phone and email with clear advice.
• Support Customer Services, External Sales and Specification teams.
• Coordinate product testing, training, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to development of the technical function.
• Attend site visits for product investigations.
• Cover for team members during absence.
