Job summary

Permarock Products Ltd, part of the Sustainable Investments Ltd group, is seeking a highly organised Technical Administrator to join the Technical Hub. Location: Loughborough, with full-time permanent status.

Salary around £28,000, DOE + Benefits, plus 25 days leave and additional pensions and life assurance. You will support the Technical Department in preparing and coordinating technical information for customers and internal teams, with training provided on specialist systems including

Qualifications

Three GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and a Science subject.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, customer-focused approach and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain technical documents, specifications and data sheets.
Produce U-value calculations (training provided).
Maintain technical databases, product information and system documentation.
Assist with technical submittals and information requests for projects.
Coordinate technical information between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor technical inboxes and direct enquiries appropriately.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Support the Technical Team with day-to-day administrative and project tasks.
