TXM Recruit is seeking a technically minded Technical Administrator in Milton Keynes to provide essential engineering support across projects and operations. A relevant engineering qualification and strong documentation skills are essential.

You will work with engineering and production teams, supporting bids, mobilisation and day-to-day requirements, while maintaining SAP data, preparing BOMs and KPI reports.

Competenze

• Engineering degree at degree level (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive or similar).
• Strong ability to interpret engineering specifications and documentation.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and data handling.
• High attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Good communication with engineering and production teams.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to engineering teams across projects and operations.
• Review technical specs and estimate materials lists for bids.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for mobilisation.
• Assist with obsolescence management and standards compliance.
• Set up parts in SAP and maintain product data in SAP.
• Maintain and control technical documentation across projects.
• Review production methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Update departmental processes and systems (SAP, PADS).
• Ensure delivery of technically compliant engineering solutions.
• Create KPI trackers and generate reports on data analysis.
• Produce and update work instructions for production processes.
• Support engineering changes and update production documentation.
