Job summary

Universal-Business-Team is seeking an Account Manager – Technical Building Services/M&E for the Morley (Leeds) office. You will own an established portfolio of 250–300 accounts, drive growth, and partner with technical specialists to maximise value for customers.

Develop account strategies, identify cross-selling opportunities across products and off-site solutions, and ensure strong CRM discipline. The role offers up to £40,000 base plus a performance bonus, with a realistic OTE of

Proven account management experience with responsibility for customer growth.
Consultative, solution-led approach to selling.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships across an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
Develop account growth strategies to increase spend and profitability.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across products and services.
Follow up quotations, enquiries and project opportunities to maximise conversions.
Work with technical colleagues to identify opportunities requiring specialist support.
Conduct regular account reviews and maintain engagement plans.
