Universal Business Team is seeking an Account Manager to manage an established M&E-focused client portfolio from our Morley office. You will nurture relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive account profitability while delivering high levels of service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technical specialists, a consultative sales approach, and ownership of the customer journey from quotation to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase spend and profitability.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across products and services.
• Follow up quotations, enquiries and project opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Work with technical colleagues to identify opportunities needing specialist support.
• Conduct regular account reviews and maintain strategic customer engagement plans.
• Accurately manage customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM.
