Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. The Technology Transformation Consultant role involves helping clients turn complex business and technology challenges into clear requirements and practical solutions across the transformation lifecycle.

You’ll work end-to-end from discovery to adoption, collaborating with architects, engineers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.
• Strong business analysis across discovery, requirements definition, process analysis, solution development and delivery support.
• Solid technical foundation; understands applications, integrations, data flows, non-functional requirements.
• Experience translating between business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clarify client business and technology problems, outcomes, scope and analysis approaches.
• Plan and run discovery activities and analyse processes, capabilities, applications, integrations and data flows.
• Elicit, define and prioritise business, functional, non-functional and data requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, working with architects, engineers, data specialists and delivery teams.
• Support evaluation of technology options and contribute to future-state processes, architecture artefacts, roadmaps and plans.
• Facilitate workshops and produce findings, process models, requirements, options, recommendations and papers.
• Assist with delivery, testing, business readiness and transition, maintaining visibility of progress and dependencies.
