Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As a Technology Transformation Consultant, you help clients make sense of complex business and technology challenges and translate them into clear requirements, practical solutions and tangible change. • Strong business analysis skills across discovery, requirements definition, process analysis, solution development and delivery support.
• Solid technical foundation, able to understand applications, integrations, data flows, non-functional requirements and solution options; prior software development or engineering experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate between business and technical audiences and work credibly with architects, engineers, product teams and senior stakeholders.
• Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguous problems, facilitating effective workshops and producing concise, decision-ready outputs.
• Possession of, or interest in, recognised qualifications (e.g. BCS BA Diploma, IIBA CCBA/CBAP, TOGAF or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Exposure to data-related change (strategy, governance, quality, migration, platforms or analytics) is beneficial but not essential.
