Job summary

Vero HR Ltd is seeking a Technology Transfer Specialist to join a growing diagnostics-focused organisation in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate technology transfer activities, ensuring new and existing products move from development into manufacturing.

You will work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to deliver compliant, scalable manufacturing processes and robust technical documentation for transfer projects, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience in technology transfer, manufacturing science, process development or a similar role.
• Experience within a regulated environment, ideally diagnostics or life sciences.
• Understanding of transferring products or processes into manufacturing.
• Knowledge of validation activities and quality systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technology transfer activities for new and existing products.
• Coordinate transfer of manufacturing processes from development into production.
• Work with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to implement new products and processes.
• Support process validation activities and manufacturing readiness programmes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, protocols and transfer reports.
• Analyse process performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate technical challenges during transfer projects and implement solutions.
• Ensure activities comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
