Job summary

Vero HR Ltd in the United Kingdom is recruiting a proactive Quality Lead for a growing manufacturing business specialising in lateral flow diagnostic products. You will own the QMS, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive documentation accuracy while coordinating audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated quality environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 or ISO 9001.
• Experience maintaining a QMS.
• Attention to detail and documentation.
• Proactive, hands-on, able to work independently.
• Strong communication within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure operations follow SOPs and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
• Review and approve documentation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Technical, Manufacturing and Operations teams to embed quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality systems and processes.
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
