Job summary

Liberty Bridge Partners seeks an experienced Senior Vice President or Director to lead hands-on M&A execution across Technology, TMT and Software sectors. The role remains closely involved in deal details, driving transactions from engagement to completion in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction documentation while guiding Associates and junior bankers. Collaboration with clients and senior bankers is central to delivering successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Vice President or Director on an IB/M&A platform.
• Proven track record executing M&A across Technology, TMT, Software.
• Experience managing live deals from start to finish.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.
• Ability to oversee transaction documentation and client interactions.
• Hands-on leadership of Associates and junior bankers in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions from engagement through signing and completion.
• Take ownership of live mandates, driving processes and milestones.
• Oversee modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and materials preparation.
• Manage pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence and data room activity with clients, buyers, and advisers.
• Handle multiple concurrent deals with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
