Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in M&A, investment banking or corporate finance.
• Strong track record of executing transactions from mandate through to completion.
• Exposure to the TMT sector or genuine interest in technology markets.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and client management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
• ACA, CFA or MBA qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from initial mandate through to completion.
• Manage client relationships and take ownership of live transaction processes.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations, presentations and transaction materials.
• Play an active role in business development, origination and pitching for new opportunities.
• Develop relationships across the TMT sector, including entrepreneurs, corporates and investors.
• Work closely with senior leadership on transaction strategy and business growth.
• Manage multiple transactions and provide guidance to junior team members.
